Arms West management firm after confirmation of reservation and receipt of
deposit
For stays of 4 weeks or longer there will be a
10% discount. No other discounts apply
Deposits are required to guarantee reservations
$300 per week - Summer Season
$500 per week - Winter Season
Maximum deposit $1,000
Cancellations and Refunds:
Reservations cancelled 60 days
prior to arrival will receive a refund less $50 service fee
Late check out until 6:00 pm $50 subject to
availability
Rates do not include 9% state tax.
